Help with digital downloads:
How to Download Your Files
You can access your download link in any of the following places:
1-Order Confirmation Page – Immediately after completing your purchase.
2-My Account → Downloads (Recommended) – Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the Downloads section.
3-Purchase Confirmation Email – Sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
If you are unable to find the email, please:
● Check your Downloads folder first.
● Look in your Spam or Junk folder.
● If you use a filtered email service like Gmail, be sure to check your Social and Promotions tabs.
Print Quality Tips
If your printed digital file appears faded, has missing sections, or the colors look off:
1-Check ink or toner levels – Make sure your printer has sufficient ink or toner. Low levels can cause faded prints, missing sections, or inaccurate colors.
2-Consider cartridge maintenance – Inkjet cartridges can clog if they aren’t used regularly, which may reduce print quality.
3-Run a printhead cleaning – Use your printer’s maintenance settings to run a printhead cleaning cycle, then print the file again.
The PDF file is high resolution and designed to produce excellent results on a properly maintained printer.
Where is my physical item?
Physical items are shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship USPS first class & priority mail. USPS is experiencing higher volume and staffing issues nationwide. If your item has not arrived after 10 business days (two weeks) of your ship date please contact us at shannon@maplecottagedesigns.com for assistance.
Returns
At Maple Cottage Designs, every effort is made to ensure you receive first-quality, premium goods. We carefully inspect each order before it ships and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please note:
- Cut fabric, quilt kits, and other cut-to-order items are non-returnable.
- Digital products (PDF patterns, downloads) are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns on non-defective merchandise.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
