Where is my download?
If you’ve purchased a downloadable PDF item from us and are unable to find a download link in your email, we recommend checking in your spam or junk folders. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If you have an account on our website and were logged in during checkout, you can also access your pattern on the my account page under the Downloads tab any time. If you do not find it in any of these places, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Where is my physical item?
Physical items are shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship USPS first class & priority mail. USPS is experiencing higher volume and staffing issues nationwide. If your item has not arrived after 10 business days (two weeks) of your ship date please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
The following items can’t be returned.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Physical patterns
- Items on sale
If you have made a duplicate pattern purchase, we can offer you a different pattern of equal value for 30 days after your purchase. Please contact us if you have accidentally purchased a pattern more than one time, include your order number and the email address used when making your purchase.
